Her Story
From Tuscany to Pearland
Alessandra Isola is originally from Tuscany, Italy. Real estate was around her long before it was her career. Her brother is a successful builder in Italy, and her father was a realtor.
Her own path started elsewhere. She holds an undergraduate degree in children’s education and a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and that vocation to care for people and respond to their needs is still the through-line in how she runs a transaction.
With more than ten years in real estate and an emphasis on customer service, her approach is to research the market and find the right home, not just the next one. She brings a flair for beauty with a composed, practical taste, always balancing quality against affordability.
Pearland is home base, but opportunity often develops well beyond it. She is an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, and is a member of the Houston Association of REALTORS®.
“Real estate is more than a transaction. It is a major milestone.”

How We Help
Residential, commercial, and management
Residential
Buying or selling a home is a milestone, not a transaction. We guide every client with clarity, attention to detail, and a level of service a large brokerage cannot match.
Commercial
From retail storefronts to investment property, we bring the same research-first approach to commercial real estate across the Greater Houston market.
Property Management
Services include rent collection, hiring and coordinating trusted local contractors for regular maintenance to preserve property value, and providing monthly and year-end accounting for your CPA during tax season. Owners can choose to be as hands-on or hands-off as their schedules and interests allow.
