Pull comps for any address

Search recently sold homes, view tax records, and see what comparable properties on your street are going for. A starting point, not a listing price.

Worth Knowing

Why online estimates are weaker in Texas

Texas is a non-disclosure state. Sale prices are not recorded in public records here, so what a home actually closed at is only verified inside the MLS. Automated valuation tools work from materially less data than they have in states where every closing price is public.

They also cannot see the things that move your number most: the condition of the house, what you have replaced, the specific floor plan, and what is happening on your street this month. A tax-assessed value is not a substitute either, since it is produced for taxation on a mass-appraisal basis by people who have never been inside.

Treat the tool above as a starting read. The version with the real data behind it is a comparative market analysis built from verified closed sales. Recent closings are here.

Beyond the Estimate

Want a real listing strategy?

Once you have looked at the comps, the useful conversation is what your home would actually list for, what is worth fixing first, and how to position the first two weeks on market.

Useful to mention: roughly when you bought, anything you have replaced, and whether the home has ever taken water. The seller guide walks through the whole process, or call (281) 330-0774.
